We just got the “all clear” from Zendesk that they found and resolved the issue and Membee’s Help Desk has returned to normal operation.

It looks like Membee’s Help Desk is currently inaccessible. Our Help Desk provider, Zendesk is on it.
We’re working with Zendesk and they have determined that the issue is upstream from them and is a DNS issue. As a result, the Help Desk is functioning but you just can’t get to it. They are working on this and as soon as they have an update, we’ll let you know.
