Server Maintenance Happening This Sunday

Hi Everyone,

Membee’s primary servers will be receiving routine operating system updates this coming Sunday, November 26, 2017, between 6 AM EST (UTC -5) and 7 AM EST.

During this hour Membee will be available at a diminished capacity and at some point during the hour, Membee may be offline completely for about a minute as systems fresh with the updates.

We will be monitoring this process and we will give Membee a thorough once-over when the updates are finished.

Help Desk is Back to Normal

Zendesk has found and resolved the issue and Membee’s Help Desk has returned to normal operation.

Membee’s Help Desk is Experiencing Issues

It looks like Membee’s Help Desk is currently inaccessible. Our Help Desk provider, Zendesk is on it.

We’re working with Zendesk and they are trying to determine what the issue is and as soon as they have an update, we’ll let you know.

Brief Maintenance Window Declared for 12:00 AM EST – 11.05.17

Hi everyone,

The storage system, where Membee stores its data will be upgrading its SAN service to be a fully solid state. This update will further improve Membee’s performance and stability.

In order to complete this update, Membee will be offline for 30 – 60 minutes at 12:00 am EST (UTC -4) on Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017.

We will be monitoring this and we will give Membee a thorough check once the upgrade is complete!
