Update III: Membee Service Issues for Some Users

Hi Everyone,

The troubleshooting team in the data center (Tenzing) has completed their analysis of our database and found no issues, everything on their end is running as it should.

As of right now it looks like the issue was being caused by a Microsoft upgrade that improved performance for some but caused issues for others. Membee’s servers look to have been an unfortunate casualty.

We have updated our systems accordingly and will be continuing to monitor performance.

Update: Membee Service Issues for Some Users

Hi Everyone,

The troubleshooting team in the data center has been actively analyzing our servers and network connectors to see what might be causing the intermittent issue that some users have reported. We have also been able to identify a possible cause of the intermittent issues and are currently working with the troubleshooting team in the data center to make some adjustments.

We will post an update in Membee Status once the changes have been made and tested.

Membee Service Issues for Some Users – Resolved

Hi Everyone,

We think we have uncovered and resolved the issue. Some aggressive logging had been activated on Membee’s web servers to gather performance data. This logging ran one web server out of drive space. So, depending on when you accessed Membee and through which server, you could have encountered a slowness issue or errors doing things you do all the time.
