We are aware of an issue that is affecting access to the standard Membee help screen. As of 1:12 pm Mountain Time, our technical team restored partial access to help and support services and Membee’s customer service website is fully functional and accessible from the help link at the top right hand corner of the Membee interface. We are working with our third party help desk software provider to restore full access to all help and support functions as soon as possible.
All other Membee functionality, services and systems are functioning normally. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue affecting our help screen caused our users.
