Membee’s Office Will Be Closed on Monday, November 11th, 2019 For Remembrance Day

Membee’s office will be closed and our team of bees will be out of the hive on Monday, November 11th, 2019, for Remembrance Day. Our team will return to regular office hours on Tuesday, November 12th, 2019!

The Data Center Will Continue To Be Monitored

As usual, we will continue to monitor all systems 24 X 7 X 365 to ensure that our servers remain active so that you can continue to use Membee with no issues! If any issues arise, we will keep you posted here for the latest technical updates about Membee.

You Can Keep Sending Support Tickets

Just because we’ll be gone from the Hive doesn’t mean you can’t send any support tickets! On Monday, November 11th, 2019, Live Chat Support will be closed for the day, but you can continue to send in your support tickets via support@membee.com or by following these steps on how to how to submit a ticket:

Membee’s Help Desk is Experiencing Issues

Our Help Desk Provider, Zendesk, is currently experiencing an outage that is impacting many of their services. As a result, Membee’s Help Desk is currently inaccessible.

We are working with Zendesk as they investigate this outage. As soon as we have an update, we will let you know.

Update: Membee Login Services Unavailable for Some Users

Hi Everyone,

The troubleshooting team in the data center has narrowed the cause of this issue to the data center’s internal network. In essence, Membee’s services are just fine but they can’t be accessed. Narrowing to an area where the issue likely resides is welcomed news and we’ll post an update once more is known.

Our data center has identified that the issue they experienced was the result of a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack. They’re confident that service is back to normal, but we’ll continue to monitor the situation.
