As Covid-19 has been heavily impacting many businesses and communities globally, we would like to keep all users informed of Membee’s procedures, following the policies and recommendations of health officials while maintaining our normal level of services.

The health and safety of our employees is our highest priority. We will continue to monitor any potential risks that may affect our staff and our service levels. To ensure that the health and safety of our staff, we are taking the extra care and steps by advising our employees to:

  • Work from home for the foreseeable future to limit the potential risks, personally, professionally, and publicly
  • Take time off work if they are not feeling well from other illnesses

Update: Membee Login Services Unavailable for Some Users

Hi Everyone,

The troubleshooting team in the data center has narrowed the cause of this issue to the data center’s internal network. In essence, Membee’s services are just fine but they can’t be accessed. Narrowing to an area where the issue likely resides is welcomed news and we’ll post an update once more is known.

Thanks,

Membee Client Services Team
