The troubleshooting team in the data center (Tenzing) has completed their analysis of our database and found no issues, everything on their end is running as it should.
As of right now it looks like the issue was being caused by a Microsoft upgrade that improved performance for some but caused issues for others. Membee’s servers look to have been an unfortunate casualty.
We have updated our systems accordingly and will be continuing to monitor performance.
