Membee’s service levels have returned to normal. We have monitored Membee’s service disruption very closely and no further interruptions were detected.

Our data center was able to identify the root cause of the issue.
The data center has identified that the issue they experienced was the result of an IP block from their DDoS (distributed denial-of-service) appliance due to a number of exploit attempts from an IP. They have implemented a permanent resolution for this issue.
