Membee’s Help Desk provider, ZenDesk has run into a bit of an intermittent hardware issue that they are currently working on. As a result, there is a chance that when you enter a question in Membee’s Help Desk, you may receive an “Oops! Something went wrong” error message when you go to save it.
If you encounter the error, just send your question to “email@example.com” and we’ll take it from there.
We’ll post an update once ZenDesk has something tangible to report.
