Scheduled Website Hosting Maintenance on June 4, 2024

Hi Membee Users,

On June 4, 2024 between 3:30 AM EDT – 4:30 AM EDT, our website hosting partner, Siteground, will be completing an upgrade to one of the two hosting cloud servers. The second server will be upgraded on another date that we will inform you of ahead of time.

If your website is hosted by Membee, it may experience a brief interruption for the duration of the upgrade but will be back to regular service levels after the scheduled time.

There will be no changes to how you manage your website.

Authorize.Net Service Disruption

Hi Membee Users,

Authorize.Net has identified a service disruption in their hosted payment forms. This integration is used by Membee to display Authorize.Net’s payment form when paying for membership and events.

This disruption only impacts organizations that use Authorize.Net as their payment processor. Your members and purchasers will see a blank area on the payment page due to this disruption.

Authorize.Net is actively looking into this issue to resolve it as quickly as possible. More details about Authorize.Net’s findings can also be found on their Authorize.Net Status page:
