As of 7:10 PM MDT, Membee’s data center reported that the entire system has returned to normal. Like most nasty technical issues, once discovered, it took all of 5 minutes to correct. Our testing is still ongoing to make sure everything is okay and remains so.
If you encounter an issue whatsoever, please let us know right away at support@membee.com.
A detailed postmortem will be undertaken to insure that issue today is not encountered again. A meeting with the data center team has already be scheduled.
Once again, we appreciate your patience and we are amazed at the many, many messages of support we received throughout this tough issue. You guys are amazing!
