Membee’s Help Desk is Experiencing Issues

Our Help Desk Provider, Zendesk, is currently experiencing an outage that is impacting many of their services. As a result, Membee’s Help Desk is intermittently inaccessible.

We are working with Zendesk as they investigate this outage. You may be able to access our Help Desk periodically during this time. As soon as we have an update, we will let you know.

Happy Canada Day! Membee’s Offices Are Closed July 1, 2019

Membee’s office will be closed and our team of bees will be out of the hive on Monday, July 1, 2019, for Canada Day! Our team will return to regular office hours on Tuesday, July 2, 2019!

The Data Center Will Continue To Be Monitored

As usual, we will continue to monitor all systems 24 X 7 X 365 to ensure that our servers remain active so that you can continue to use Membee with no issues! If any issues arise, we will provide the latest technical updates on about Membee.

You Can Keep Sending Support Tickets

Just because we’ll be gone from the Hive doesn’t mean you can’t send any support tickets! On Monday, July 1, 2019, chat will be closed for the day, but you can continue to send in your support tickets via or by following these steps on how to how to submit a ticket:

Support Ticket Response Times

All support tickets are responded in the order that they are submitted. We will continue to maintain our goal to respond within 2 business days, but please be advised that you may experience a small delay in response time as we return on Tuesday, July 2, 2019.
