Membee’s office will be closed and our team of bees will be out of the hive on Monday, September 6, 2021, for Labour Day. Our team will return to regular office hours on Tuesday, September 7, 2021!

You Can Keep Sending Support Tickets

Just because we’ll be gone from the Hive doesn’t mean you can’t send any support tickets! On Monday, September 6, 2021, Live Chat Support will be closed for the day, but you can continue to send in your support tickets by emailing support@membee.com or by following these steps on how to how to submit a ticket:

Data Center Maintenance on August 28, 2021

On Saturday, August 28, 2021, between 5:00 AM – 8:00 AM EDT, our data center partner, Pivotree, will be completing regular maintenance for their servers.

Reporting Disruption Resolved

Hi Everyone,

We identified that Membee’s reporting services experienced a disruption due to a network connection issue to the database. The issue has been resolved and Membee’s Reporting has returned to normal service levels.

Membee is currently working through the report backlog and if you attempted to run a report, they should be completed shortly.
