Membee’s Live Chat Will Be Closed & Support Will Be Limited on December 4

On Thursday, December 4, 2025, Membee’s team will be participating in a strategic planning day to prepare for the upcoming year.

During this time, live chat will be closed and support will be limited. As a result, we’ll be focusing on responding to support issues where:

  1. A Membee subscriber is unable to login to Membee, or a member is unable to log into any of Membee’s online features
  2. Members are unable to complete a purchases online (such as register for an event, pay for an invoice, etc.)
  3. A Membee subscriber is unable to post any renewal or event invoices

We’ll respond to other questions as time permits and our team will return to regular office hours on Friday, December 5, 2025.

As we return on December 4, you may experience a small delay in response times.

Just because we’ll be gone from the Hive doesn’t mean you can’t send any support tickets!

On Tuesday, November 11, Live Chat Support will be closed for the day, but you can continue to send in your support tickets via support@membee.com or by submitting a support ticket.
