Helpdesk Login Disruption Resolved

Hi Membee Users,

We are pleased to share that we have implemented a resolution to the login integration with Membee’s help desk (provided by Freshdesk). You will be able to log into the helpdesk with your Membee login as expected.

Helpdesk Login Disruption

Hi Membee Users,

The integrated login between Membee and Membee’s Helpdesk (provided by Freshdesk.com) is currently experiencing issues and is offline.

Users who are trying to log into the helpdesk to access resources are unable to open the login form. If you are already logged in, your login will be maintained and you can continue to access the helpdesk.

We have identified the issue and are in the process of implementing a fix.

If your website is hosted with us, you will receive a notice from us on Thursday, January 30, 2020, regarding changes that are required.

Our website hosting provider is making a significant upgrade to its core level technology! This upgrade will improve website reliability and performance.

As the physical facility will be changing for this upgrade, your IP will also be changing, which will require a minor change from you.

We will be reaching out to all clients who host their website with us on Thursday, January 30, 2020, with further information on how to complete this change.
