Upcoming Changes For Websites Hosted With Membee

Hello Membee Hive,

If your website is hosted with us, you will receive a notice from us on Thursday, January 30, 2020, regarding changes that are required.

Our website hosting provider is making a significant upgrade to its core level technology! This upgrade will improve website reliability and performance.

As the physical facility will be changing for this upgrade, your IP will also be changing, which will require a minor change from you.

We will be reaching out to all clients who host their website with us on Thursday, January 30, 2020, with further information on how to complete this change.

Membee’s Help Desk is Experiencing Issues

Our Help Desk Provider, Zendesk, is currently experiencing an outage that is impacting many of their services. As a result, Membee’s Help Desk is intermittently inaccessible.

We are working with Zendesk as they investigate this outage. You may be able to access our Help Desk periodically during this time. As soon as we have an update, we will let you know.

Happy Canada Day! Membee’s Offices Are Closed July 1, 2019

Membee’s office will be closed and our team of bees will be out of the hive on Monday, July 1, 2019, for Canada Day! Our team will return to regular office hours on Tuesday, July 2, 2019!

Membee’s servers will be receiving a routine update on Sunday, April 14, 2019, at 6 AM EST (UTC -5).

A reboot is required at this time and Membee may be unavailable for about a short period of time as systems refresh with the updates.

We will be monitoring this process and we will give Membee a thorough check when the updates are finished.
