Hello Membee Hive,

The disruption issue has now been resolved and Membee’s service has been fully restored. We will continue to closely monitor Membee and initiate a Root Cause Analysis.

Update: Our data center has notified us that the analysis reported that an internal server change caused the IP route to change, resulting in a loss of connectivity. They have implemented a permanent solution to ensure that the IP remains static.

Hello Membee Users,

Membee’s service levels have returned to normal. We have monitored Membee’s service disruption very closely and no further interruptions were detected.

UPDATE: JANUARY 24, 2020

Our data center was able to identify the root cause of the issue.

The data center has identified that the issue they experienced was the result of an IP block from their DDoS (distributed denial-of-service) appliance due to a number of exploit attempts from an IP. They have implemented a permanent resolution for this issue.
