Service Disruption Resolved

Hello Membee Hive,

The disruption issue has now been resolved and Membee’s service has been fully restored. We will continue to closely monitor Membee and initiate a Root Cause Analysis.

Update: Our data center has notified us that the analysis reported that an internal server change caused the IP route to change, resulting in a loss of connectivity. They have implemented a permanent solution to ensure that the IP remains static.

Our Concern Regarding Covid-19

Hello Membee Users,

As Covid-19 has been heavily impacting many businesses and communities globally, we would like to keep all users informed of Membee’s procedures, following the policies and recommendations of health officials while maintaining our normal level of services.
