Update Released on 02.06.10 – 15 New Features, Fixes, and Enhancements
A new build of Membee has been tested and posted to the production servers. Highlights include:
- Archived events are now designated as such on the Activities tab
- Profile, Activities, and Financial tabs on People & Organizations page focused on to improve load time performance

Updated Released – 10 New Features, Fixes and Enhancements Added – 01.30.10
A new build of Membee has been tested and posted to the production servers. Highlights include:
- Web site URLs in online directory listings now open in a tab rather than a pop-up to increase cross-browser compatibility
- Formating of Notes & To Dos on the Activities tab is more efficient
- Totals by Item report gets a handy Payment Type sort option when reporting on payments

Update Released – 10 New Features, Fixes and Enhancements Added – 01.23.10
A new build of Membee has been tested and posted to the production servers. Highlights include:
- Dues and Event Invoice List reports get some new stats about the invoices listed on the report
- Salutation/Nickname field added to the CSV export of the Event Attendees report
- The current tab remains selected as you move between member records

Reminder: Membee Hosting Infrastructure Update – Sunday, January 31, 2010
We are going to be completing the second phase of some important upgrades to Membee’s hosting environment from 1:00am Eastern Time to 3:00am Eastern Time on Sunday January 31, 2010. As a result of this upgrade, Membee’s administrative interface and Membee-hosted websites may be inaccessible for periods of time during these windows. As always, we will work to minimize any disruption to users and website visitors. We have chosen this time as it is the lowest traffic period on our servers by a significant margin, and thus will affect the lowest possible number of users.

Membee Hosting Infrastructure Upgrade – Early morning maintenance windows scheduled for next two Sundays – January 24 and 31, 2010
We are going to be completing some important upgrades to Membee’s hosting environment from 1:00am Eastern Time to 3:00am Eastern Time on both Sunday, January 24, 2010 and Sunday January 31, 2010. As a result of this upgrade, Membee’s administrative interface and Membee-hosted websites may be inaccessible for periods of time during these windows. As always, we will work to minimize any disruption to users and website visitors. We have chosen this time as it is the lowest traffic period on our servers by a significant margin, and thus will affect the lowest possible number of users.
Hardware upgrades and other extensions to Membee’s hosting infrastructure are necessary due to the somewhat higher level of growth that Membee has experienced over the past few months since we first launched our new web-based product. We are working proactively to improve our scalability so that we can implement improvements before any performance issues surface in the future.
These upgrades are part of a series of on-going initiatives that we undertaking to improve the overall speed and performance of Membee. We know that Membee plays an important role in your organization’s day-to-day operations and we are committed to ensuring that it is always accessible at a high level of performance.

Login Service Restored
Membee has returned to full operational status with the login service now rolled back to to its previous version. We will now investigate the exact cause for this temporary outage to insure that it does not occur again. We know that you count on Membee and reliability is our top priority. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
Login Service Unavailable
A enhancement to the login service was tested and posted this weekend and now appears to prevent some users from logging in. The revision is currently being rolled back as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
