Internet Issue Affecting Login

We are investigating an Internet issue upstream from Membee, possibly a DNS issue that is preventing users in certain geographic locations from getting to the login page. We are working with our providers to further identify and resolve the issue. We will post an update when we know more. 

The Hive is Buzzing Normally – Some Help Functions Temporarily Inaccessible

All Membee servers, services and systems are functioning normally.  

Our customer support system provider is experiencing an issue with one of their authentication systems that is causing some Help functions in Membee to be inaccessible.  We are working with this provider to resolve these issues as soon as possible.  We expect that all help functions will be fully restored the morning of December 17, 2009.   In the meantime, you can still access our customer support website by clicking the “Help” link at the top right corner of each screen in Membee.   From there, you can contact our support team for assistance with your questions.  We apologize for the inconvenience that issue has caused and we thank you for your patience.

Customer Support Website Access Restored

We are aware of an issue that is affecting access to the standard Membee help screen.   As of 1:12 pm Mountain Time, our technical team restored partial access to help and support services and Membee’s customer service website is fully functional and accessible from the help link at the top right hand corner of the Membee interface.   We are working with our third party help desk software provider to restore full access to all help and support functions as soon as possible.  

All other Membee functionality, services and systems are functioning normally.   We apologize for any inconvenience this issue affecting our help screen caused our users. 

Help Page Error

The Membee Help Page is currently unavailable. Users attempting to access the page are receiving an error message. This issue was first reported at about 12:35 pm Mountain Time. We have a technical team working to resolve the issue right now. We will post an update as soon as more details are available.All other Membee functionality, services and systems are functioning normally.

Update released – 18 New Features, Fixes and Enhancements Added

A new build of Membee has been tested and posted to the production servers. Highlights include:

  • Postal/Zip Code sort option added to the Organization Contact Detail report
  • A “Fax Dial” column was added to the Organization Contact Detail report’s csv to provide a fax number for use in faxing software that places a “1” at the front of the fax number if it isdesignated in Membee as long distance
  • The CSVs for the Preview Event Invoices and Preview Dues Invoices now contain columns for all nine of the paramater fields
  • In addition to employees listed under Main Contacts, Contact Type is now displayed for all employees listed under Additonal Employees

Update released – 13 New Features, Fixes and Enhancements Added

A new build of Membee has been tested and posted to the production servers. Highlights include:

  • Invoice, Payment, and Balance amounts repositioned for dues and event invoice layout #2
  • CSV for the Event Attendee report gets employer information for all attendees along with 9 additional information columns containing more details about the event including a column designating if the attendee was entered online
  • Service Center Update’s New Organization task gets more information columns describing an organization to make it easier for the user to select the correct organization when reassigning an event sale. This is very helpful where a number of members have the same organization name.
