Data Center Update on March 15, 2020

On Sunday, March 15, 2020, at 3:00 AM – 3:30 AM EST, our data center partner, Tenzing, will be performing an upgrade to the data servers, improving the reliability and communication between Membee and their system.

We expect that this update will have minimal impact on Membee’s service levels. However, if you experience issues after the proposed update time, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@membee.com

Upcoming Changes For Websites Hosted With Membee

Hello Membee Hive,

If your website is hosted with us, you will receive a notice from us on Thursday, January 30, 2020, regarding changes that are required.

Our website hosting provider is making a significant upgrade to its core level technology! This upgrade will improve website reliability and performance.

As the physical facility will be changing for this upgrade, your IP will also be changing, which will require a minor change from you.

We will be reaching out to all clients who host their website with us on Thursday, January 30, 2020, with further information on how to complete this change.

Membee Service Disruption Resolved

Hello Membee Users,

Membee’s service levels have returned to normal. We have monitored Membee’s service disruption very closely and no further interruptions were detected.

UPDATE: JANUARY 24, 2020

Our data center was able to identify the root cause of the issue.

The data center has identified that the issue they experienced was the result of an IP block from their DDoS (distributed denial-of-service) appliance due to a number of exploit attempts from an IP. They have implemented a permanent resolution for this issue.

Membee’s Office Will Be Closed on Monday, November 11th, 2019 For Remembrance Day

Membee’s office will be closed and our team of bees will be out of the hive on Monday, November 11th, 2019, for Remembrance Day. Our team will return to regular office hours on Tuesday, November 12th, 2019!

The Data Center Will Continue To Be Monitored

As usual, we will continue to monitor all systems 24 X 7 X 365 to ensure that our servers remain active so that you can continue to use Membee with no issues! If any issues arise, we will keep you posted here for the latest technical updates about Membee.
