Membee Service Disruption Update

Hi Membee Users,

As we noted in our last post, after working with the experts at our data center, Pivotree, several attempts at a resolution have significantly diminished the disruptions. However, we have identified an issue that affects the ability to run reports in Membee.

We are currently testing a solution and plan to implement a change with Pivotree in the early morning hours of Sunday, October 31. If all goes well, we will be bringing reports back online at that time after which we will conduct a number of tests to determine if the update has resolved the issue. Following this update we will provide information here and, of course, will continue to monitor the issue.

Hi Membee Users,

After working with the experts at our data center, Pivotree, several attempts at a resolution have significantly diminished the disruptions, but we remain hyper-vigilant and will continue to monitor the issue.

We continue to keep the issue open with Pivotree to identify the cause of the root issue to prevent the issue from repeating.

We continue to experience intermittent service disruptions after several potential updates to attempt to resolve the issue. We will continue to attempt other potential options with Pivotree.

This has been a critical issue for us and our entire team has been working with the management company at Pivotree (the data center provider that hosts our data) since the disruptions began.

The issue is extremely obscure and external expertise has been brought in to try and identify the underlying issue.

We’re continuing to work with the support team at Pivotream to resolve this as quickly as possible. As I mentioned above, this is a critical issue for us and our full focus is on resolving this.
