Membee is currently experiencing a disruption in services. Our team at our data center had identified that there is a connectivity issue between the servers and they are working to resolve the disruption.

Membee’s Office Will Be Closed on Monday, October 11, 2021, for Thanksgiving

Membee’s office will be closed and our team of bees will be out of the hive with their families on Monday, October 11, 2021, for Thanksgiving. Our team will return to regular office hours on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.

The Data Center Will Continue To Be Monitored

As usual, we will continue to monitor all systems 24 X 7 X 365 to ensure that our servers remain active so that you can continue to use Membee with no issues! If any issues arise, visit membeestatus.com for the latest technical updates about Membee.

You Can Keep Sending Support Tickets

Just because we’ll be gone from the Hive doesn’t mean you can’t send any support tickets! On Monday, October 11, 2021, Live Chat Support will be closed for the day, but you can continue to send in your support tickets by emailing support@membee.com or by following these steps on how to how to submit a ticket:

Reporting Disruption Resolved

Hi Everyone,

We identified that Membee’s reporting services experienced a disruption due to a network connection issue to the database. The issue has been resolved and Membee’s Reporting has returned to normal service levels.

Membee is currently working through the report backlog and if you attempted to run a report, they should be completed shortly.
